We collect only the information needed to create and deliver your personalised Kissie Card:

• Photos you upload — used solely to generate your animated card. Photos are permanently deleted from our servers once your card has been created, typically within 24 hours.
• Recipient email address — used only to deliver your card. We do not send marketing emails to recipients.
• Your email address — used for order confirmation and card delivery notifications.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Generate and deliver your animated video card
• Process your payment via Stripe
• Send transactional emails (order confirmation, card delivery)
• Resolve any support issues you raise with us

We never sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your card data and account information are stored securely in Supabase, a GDPR-compliant cloud database hosted on AWS infrastructure in the US East region. Supabase encrypts data at rest and in transit.

Uploaded photos are stored temporarily in Supabase Storage and are automatically purged once your card has been generated.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you complete a purchase, you are entering your payment details directly into Stripe's secure environment. Kissie Cards does not have access to your full card number, CVV, or billing address.

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand how people use our service. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Withdraw consent for any data processing based on consent

Kissie Cards is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
