Refund Policy

Kissie Cards offers an introductory single-card price of $2.49. This lets you experience the magic of a personalised animated video card before committing to a larger bundle.

We also offer bundle credit packs at discounted rates for customers who want to send multiple cards to friends and family.

We want you to be happy with your Kissie Card. If something goes wrong, here is how we handle refund requests:

• Card not delivered: If your card was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase window.
• Technical failure: If a technical error on our end prevented your card from being created, we will issue a full refund promptly.
• Change of mind: We are unable to offer refunds once a card has been successfully generated and delivered, as the service has been rendered.

Bundle credit packs are non-refundable once any credits within the bundle have been used to create a card. Unused credits from a bundle pack may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 7 days of purchase, provided no credits have been redeemed.

Credits do not expire and can be used at any time.

To request a refund, email us at info@jstudios.shop with:

• The email address used to purchase
• Your order confirmation number (if available)
• A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond to all refund requests within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

If you are not satisfied with our response to a refund request, you may raise a dispute with your bank or card provider. We will cooperate fully with any chargeback investigation.

We are committed to resolving any issue fairly and quickly — please reach out before escalating, as we genuinely want to make things right.
