Terms of Service

Kissie Cards ("we", "us", "our") is an online service that allows you to create AI-generated personalised animated video cards from photos you provide. Cards are delivered digitally via a unique shareable link or email to a recipient of your choosing.

By using Kissie Cards, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

You agree not to use Kissie Cards to:

• Upload photos of individuals who have not consented to their use
• Create content that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening
• Generate content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Create sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise unlawful content
• Use the service for any commercial resale purpose without our written permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse our platform

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited conduct.

All prices are displayed in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Your card is charged at the time of purchase.

We currently offer:

• Single card — introductory price of $2.49 for your first card
• Bundle credits — discounted packs for multiple cards, purchased in advance and redeemed per card

Your photos: You retain full ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant Kissie Cards a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that photo solely for the purpose of generating your card. This licence terminates once the card has been created and the photo deleted from our servers.

Generated animations: Kissie Cards and its licensors retain all rights to the AI models, animation styles, templates, and underlying technology used to generate cards. The output video card is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use — you may share it freely with friends and family.

Our content: The Kissie Cards name, logo, and all website content are the intellectual property of Kissie Cards and may not be used without our prior written consent.

We aim to deliver completed video cards within a few minutes of purchase. However, delivery times may be longer during periods of high demand. We do not guarantee specific delivery times.

If your card has not been delivered within 24 hours, please contact us at info@jstudios.shop and we will investigate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kissie Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kissie Cards operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
